Heavy K has not had the best of luck this year. Rumour has it that he has run into mortgage payment problems that have allegedly led to eviction.

Poor Heavy K almost got arrested in Botswana earlier this year and now he’s about to lose his home – 2020 and a fresh start could not come sooner for him.

Briefly.co.za learnt that Heavy K’s pride and joy over a home that he bought for his father back in 2018 might be taken away.

According to Daily Sun, Heavy K made a rent-to-buy arrangement with the original owner of the property and has failed to keep up with payments.

The alleged owner of the home, Thandi, has ousted Heavy K for allegedly defaulting on payment and breaking his agreement.

Thandi claims that Heavy K agreed to pay R100k upfront, another R400k throughout the remainder of 2018, and then the remainder by the end of 2019; and he has apparently failed to do so.

Angered by Heavy K’s apparent failure to come through, Thandi has said that she would be evicting him and his family from the property so that she can rent it out to recover some of the money she has lost.

Heavy K has recently come forward, claiming that Thandi’s posts constitute defamation. He has not confirmed nor has he denied what she said, all Heavy K has done is say that Thandi is tainting his name.
