Traffic cop and 2 strangers come to rescue of stranded woman

A woman has shared how the kindness of strangers got her out of a bad situation recently.

She was stranded on the highway after her tyre gave out. Two kind strangers stopped to help and they were shortly joined by a traffic officer.

Rachelle-Mari Voges shared her story on the #ImStaying group on Facebook. She was driving alone when her tyre blew.

Vutula and Thabang stopped and offered to help her. A few minutes later, a traffic officer joined them. He used his blue lights to warn other road users.

The strangers helped her with the car's spare wheel and soon she was ready to continue her journey to Pretoria.

"All I had to offer them was my yellow flowers and Biltong...but I will forever be grateful for their kindness!"

Social media users loved the beautiful story. Facebook user Marie Farrell said:

"Gentlemen, may you be blessed for your kindness! I have hope for SA's future!"
