Thousands show up to support Boks in Durban: 5 photos and videos

The Springboks are in Durban on the second day of their tour and we took a look at five of the most amazing moments caught on camera.

The national Springboks tour kicked off on Thursday and thousands of South Africans showed up to support the boys in green and gold.

Briefly.co.za took a look at five posts with photos and videos of the Rugby World Cup champions arriving Durban.

Social media user, Chante Schatz, posted a video of the support Durban residents gave to the Springboks.

Schatz captioned the video:

"The boys have arrived at Durban City Hall to greet thousands of fans. Incredible scenes in the CBD this morning."

The Springboks also posted a video to Twitter, showing the overwhelming support they received upon their arrival in Durban.

Another tweep, @OwnGoalMerchant, shared a video of the Boks' bus driving through the streets of Durbz.

He captioned the post:

"My Champions. Durban trophy parade. Kolisi getting the whole of Smith Street hyped. CBD at a complete standstill. It's 2010 all over again."

A video of Bok supporters in speedos was posted online by social media user, @TayFaulmann.

"Feels fitting to include this now. The boys in their speedos at the Springboks parade in Durban!"
