Prince Harry and Meghan recent visited to a local community near an army housing estate. Every year, the Royal family remembers and honours those who served in the military. Before leaving, Meghan accepted a rose from a little girl.
According to Army & You, The Duke of Sussex said that he had a lot of respect for those who served and the parents who lost children. Having served in the army himself, the Duke has a personal understanding of the sacrifices made.
The royal family also visited families of those who are currently deployed overseas. Meghan spoke to the parents from the perspective of being a parent herself. She revealed that little Archie was weaning and already crawling.
Before leaving, she also accepted a rose from a little girl and shared told her that Archie's two little teeth look just like hers.
The couple then went on to attend the 91st Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey to pay their respects.
