A father, Rolland "Hekili" Holland, has gone viral for all the right reasons. Holland was filmed at a York High School football game doing his daughter's cheer squad routine along with her and the other cheerleaders.
Holland's daughter, Mackenzi, taught her dad every move of the "fight song" cheer routine. According to The Lily News, it took Mackenzi three 20-minute sessions to teach Holland the routine.
The routine was performed at Friday night's game every time Falcons scored and Holland was filmed joining in on the cheer by another parent, Scott Willard.
The 15-year-old teenager is happy about her dad's support.
"I smiled the entire time,” Mackenzi said, adding: “I was like, ‘You go, Dad.’”
The video has since been viewed more than 3.5 million times, Briefly.co.za learned and we took a look at some of the reactions.
