Bonang Matheba hints at someday joining 'E! News' in America

Bonang Matheba is one mover and shaker who's not letting any grass grow beneath her feet. She's got big dreams and she's chasing them with fierce determination.

One of Queen B's dreams is to be as successful as American TV personality Ryan Seacrest and she's getting there.

Recently, the entertainer announced that she will be moving to the US next year, and many people are theorising that the move is the start of her 'American takeover' - starting with taking over as host of popular US TV show, E! News.

If Bonang does indeed become the next host of the show, her move will be just as big as Trevor Noah taking over The Daily Show. learnt that current E! News presenter, Giuliana Rancic, will be leaving in early 2020 - about the same time that Bonang is heading to the US.

Here's what Bonang had to say about working for E! News:

"That dream is still big. Ryan Seacrest is still the template. I’ve mimicked the way he has done things as a TV presenter and also his business acumen. It’s great that I have worked for E! Africa, which was a dream come true. E! is the next step."
