Jurgen Klopp, the head coach of one of the biggest football teams in the world - Liverpool - has travelled to South Africa.
Klopp was photographed at the Cape Town International Airport on Tuesday. According to Sport24, the Liverpool manager's trip to Mzansi is purely a private holiday.
Klopp has been in South Africa once before. The German coach donated R188 000 towards a local soccer charity for children when he visited Cape Town in 2017.
Briefly.co.za gathered on Wednesday morning that Proteas Test skipper Faf du Plessis posted a snap of Siya Kolisi and himself meeting the German professional football coach.
The cricket player and Boks captain were dining at a restaurant in the Mother City when they met the football legend.
Du Plessis captioned the photo:
"About last night... When your bro @siya_kolisi_the_bear has a serious man-crush moment when he meets one of his heroes. Very impressive man. Get why his players love him so much. I’m a fan as well now #jurgenklopp."
