- Brilliant Khuzwayo has joked that he's no longer unemployed
- The former international footballer posted photos of himself working at a spaza shop
- Khuzwayo retired from soccer earlier this year
A couple of months ago, Brilliant Khuzwayo announced his retirement after suffering an ankle injury.
Now, the former footballer joked that he's no longer unemployed. The ex-Pirates goalkeeper posted a couple of photos of himself working at a road stall.
He captioned the post:
"Spaza shops guys. I’m no more unemployed."
The post sparked quite the reaction but social media users were left divided. Some applauded him for his great spirit while others said he should not joke about the way people make a living.
Twitter user, @ElkanaNgwenya, commented:
"Come on man, don't make fun of other people's hustle."
Another tweep, @mrkhumo_khumo, added:
"Hope you made good sales for the real owner."
Meanwhile, Briefly.co.za reported earlier that Orlando Pirates superfan, Goodenough Sithole, opened up after a photoshopped image made it look like he jumped ship to the Kaizer Chiefs.
Despite his team losing to the Chiefs, Goodenough said he'd never leave the Bucs.
