Faf challenges South Africans to help fight cancer in favourite undies

Mzansi's fave Faf de Klerk is in his undies again - but this time it's for a good cause. De Klerk has started the #FafChallenge which promotes testicular cancer awareness.

The Springbok star has used his popularity for a good cause and is the ideal poster boy for the campaign. Siya Kolisi and six other rugby players are also part of the project.

The tagline reads:

"Be ballsy enough to check your crown jewels in the #FafChallenge"

The campaign advises men to go to the doctor if any lumps or bumps are found. The #FafChallenge involves men having to post themselves in speedos or holding tennis balls and then challenging a friend to do the same.

Mzansi social media users loved it because...who doesn't love Faf, right? The challenge caught on and men posted their speedo pictures with pride.
