Briefly.co.za previously reported that South Africa is continuing to fly the national flag high at the World Para Athletics in Dubai. Sprinter Mpumelelo Mhlongo set a new record and won a silver medal in the 100m men's race. The South African Government took to their official Twitter page to congratulate the athlete. Mhlongo set a new World T44 record of 11 seconds and won a silver medal.
