In court documents, reality television star Jenner said, "I have suffered, and continue to suffer emotional distress."
She also mentioned that she was worried about her one-year-old daughter, Stormi's safety.
"I have a young child and also fear for her safety," Jenner said
The man, Brandon Sevilla Martinez, was determined to be drunk at the time.
After he was arrested, police also found a glass pipe on his person.
He was charged with misdemeanour trespassing by driving on private property and a felony for bringing contraband into the jailhouse.
According to court documents seen by TMZ, Martinez pleaded no contest to the charges and was sentenced to a year in prison.
He was also given three years' probation and ordered to stay away from Jenner.
