A man bought a flash drive which looks like a Mercedes Benz key and wants to trick his girlfriend into thinking he bought a car for her. However, social media users were quick to tell him that it was a bad idea.

Twitter user Dre_Ova posted a picture of the keys along with the post:

"Bought a Benz for my girlfriend today, can't wait to surprise her."

His post went viral with over 1 000 likes. Social media users were amused by also advised him to abandon his prank idea. Twitter user nollie_gloria said:

"You might be single before tomorrow."
