Mzansi artists, Shane Eagle and AKA, have been beefing for years, due to their egos and opposing sentiments, but it looks like Shane may have come up with a way to end their beef.

Beefing has become a norm in the hip-hop industry, be it competition or unknown personal vendettas, but that doesn’t mean life should lack any space for tolerance and some love.

To just go back a little, SA Hip Hop magazine had reported that Shane was “discovered” on AKA’s show Vuzu Hustle. But their beef started on Twitter.

AKA explained why Shane had “hurt” him with his comments in June last year.

“The worst part is, I actually like you and what you’re doing. Today you talk to me like this? Like I’m one of your f**king friends?...
“I know it hurts because my album came out a week ago and had already gone gold, and yours has been out for nearly a year a year or something and is what?... Here’s some help. A reply. Something for you to hold on to. Good luck. I hope this helps your cause,” tweeted AKA in June.

But it looks like Shane is ready to bury the hatchet, although he does have one condition. The rapper has said if AKA gave him a pair of his Supa Mega SneAKAs, then all will be good between them.

“Someone tell AKA to send me a pair of those Reeboks and we good. I’m UK9,” tweeted Shane Eagle.

Shane Eagle's tweet gathered 4.1k likes, 2.1k retweets and 238 comments.

Here are some of the comments:

Tweeps are still waiting patiently for AKA's reply. Time will tell.
