Mzansi rapper, Nasty C, took to social media to send his high school sweetheart, Sam, the sweetest shout-out on their seven-year anniversary.

The 22-year-old rapper, whose real name is David Junior Ngcobo, shared a beautiful video clip of the two sitting in a car being all romantic, as well as a screenshot of their conversation on WhatsApp, and the sweetest shout out ever.

Nasty C wrote: "7 years!!!?????? 7 years!!!???? ♥️ Happy Anniversary my woman!!! Thank you for always being there for me and playing your part! Thank you for being the first person ever to sing my songs back at me I don’t even have to tell you what that’s done for me, you see it everyday and you forever will coz I’ll always be by your side. I owe your mother the world because she created mine ♥️ I. Love. You. "

According to Channel 24, Sam and Nasty C started dating when he was 15 and she was 14 years old. Nasty C kept their relationship private at the beginning of his career.

A while back, Nasty C told TshisaLIVE that he didn’t want to go public to avoid distracting her while she was in her final year at school.

“Before I didn’t wanna do none of that because she was still in high school and in matric too. I didn’t want to do that to her, you know distract her. Plus I was still kind of blowing up and it was hard for me to adjust, so I wanted to give her time.”

Three years later, and the “ZuluManWithPower” and his girlfriend have gone public. Sam has also gathered a huge following for herself on Instagram, Sammie Heavens with more than 200 000 followers.

Meanwhile, a day ago, Briefly.co.za reported that for those of Nasty C's fans who did know and sometimes wondered why he chose the name 'Ivyson' for his successful tour, it's in honour of his late mother.

Her name was Ivy, making him Ivy's son - IVYSON. It is a beautiful way for the young rapper to have his mom be part of his success and is also why he got new tattoos recently. The young rapper had the word IVYSON tattooed on his right hand and the symbols that his fans are familiar with - an eye, a 'V' and a sun - tattooed on his left hand.

Although many of Nasty's fans joked about getting the same tattoo done, it is obviously more than just cool ink to the young man.
