- Lerato Sengadi, the widow of musical icon HHP, was bombarded with questions about his grave
- Some of his friends visited the late singer's resting place and fans couldn't help but notice that there was no tombstone
- Lerato told the concerned peeps that it is a matter they should take up with his family but added that she will do her best to erect a stone that suits HHP
Fans were not very happy when they noticed that the grave of one of South Africa's biggest musical heroes, HHP, doesn't have a tombstone.
This came to light after two of the late muso's friends visited the site to take him a 'joint'.
Soon, Lerato Sengadi, HHP's widow, was approached about it and had to answer questions about why there was no stone erected yet.
Briefly.co.za gathered that Lerato explained the matter should be taken up with HHP's family.
"Do you think I would let this kind of sh*t happen if it was in my control?! A stone fit for the king he is would have been erected the same day!"
However, she did add that she will erect a stone that will be fitting for the man he was.
"I will not erect a stone under some cloak and dagger vibe. I will erect the one he wanted and have it blessed accordingly, and have him lay like the king he is. And Modimo le Badimo willing I will do so."
Fans then thought that Lerato could start a crowdfunding project to help pay for a tombstone, but she was not interested.
Fans look forward to seeing a proper tombstone erected at the final resting place of one of the country's biggest music icons.
