Markle, who ranked third in 2018, climbed the ranks to number one, replacing make-up mogul Kylie Jenner, Daily Mail reports.
It was gathered that music stars often dominate the list but the Duchess of Sussex is the only royal to feature in the top 10 this year. She was followed by Timothee Chalamet and Zendaya, in second and third place.
