For the most part, Yanga Chief's fashion choices aren't so bad - he manages to have a decent look when out and about.

But there's an exception to every rule - less than a week ago the rapper found himself getting trolled for wearing a 'crop top'.

Soon after sharing a snap of himself in this now-infamous tiny shirt, Yanga's comment section was filled with laughing emojis and clever remarks.

ZAlebs reported that Yanga later addressed the trolling on YFM when Scoop Makhathini asked him about his 'fashion flop', he just said:

"I was on my Lenny Kravitz and people were just going in ... I was in my house, who cares?"

Briefly.co.za gathered that although the muso is fine with wearing that kind of thing at home, he wouldn't do it when performing.

"I don't know about rocking it live. I am surrounded by a lot of people. I don't want to feel some kind of way, people rubbing up on my ribs."

Fellow rapper, Riky Rick, gave the look a thumbs-up but Reason said he wouldn't have the courage to wear something similar.

"Hayi mfana. You are much braver than me."

Check out some of the other clever remarks from other fans:

"Influencing the game with a stomach out."

"You just need a belly ring then you're complete."

"@jrafrika cav this guy’s stomach out styles..."

"Hayi grootman, I'm not sure about this new wave you got there..."

"Bra how much was the discount on that shirt - half the fabric, half the price?"
