EFF leader Julius Malema has been having a trying time in recent days and social media is abuzz with the drama.
Briefly.co.za reported that Malema had faced widespread criticism for his support of Burna Boy despite the celeb's apparent disdain for South Africans.
His assault trial has also kicked off, seeing the politician denying assaulting a police officer with video footage of the incident later being released by AfriForum.

Malema's reputation has taken a knock, with citizens going as far as apologising for putting their votes behind the party in the first place.
Nevertheless, die-hard EFF followers have raised their voices and stood firmly behind the party, controversy or not.
The embattled politician will be returning to court yet again on Thursday, this time on charges of illegally firing a machine gun during an EFF rally.
Mbuyiseni Ndlozi insists that the entire ordeal is not based on factual evidence, but is rather some kind of political witch hunt against the party.
The National Prosecuting Authority recently announced that it would not be going forward with charges of fraud in a R62 million tender debacle Malema had been allegedly tied to.
