The Telkom Knockout final is going to be a cracker with the Mamelodi Sundowns facing off against either the Kaizer Chiefs or Maritzburg United.

The Mamelodi Sundowns have snatched the final out of the hands of the Golden Arrows after an exciting match on Saturday the 23 of November. The Sundowns won 2-1 against the Arrows.
The match proved to be full of excitement with the first goal being scored in the 11th minute by Hlompho Kekana. A second goal came 20 minutes later with Gaston Sirino extending the Sundowns lead to 2.

In the second half, Nduzuzo Sibiya, came on to the field and the change proved to be effective as he scored for the Arrows bringing them back into the game.
The hosts had a chance to snatch an equaliser but were unable to get it past Kennedy Mweene in the goals.

Sirino didn't get to celebrate the win on the field as he was sent off with a red card for a studs-up challenge on Mathiane. This left the Sundowns with only ten men. The Arrows were not able to capitalise on the advantage, leaving the visitors with the shot at the final.
