Since Enhle Mbali admitted that she and DJ Black Coffee were going through a divorce, he has been made out as the bad guy.
People have been saying mean things and dragging the DJ for behaviour they deemed insensitive, although he later made it clear he wishes to handle the matter in private.
The muso recently spoke up during an interview with YFM about how he is feeling about the attention he's been getting and the way people are demanding that he give them details.

Briefly.co.za gathered that some of the things said to Black Coffee have been of the nature that wouldn't be acceptable, had he said it to another person.
TimesLIVE quotes Black Coffee saying the following:
"It's got to a point where I feel that sometimes it is trolling. I look at some tweets that come to me and I feel like if I had tweeted that to someone else, I would be cancelled.
"With everything that has been going on in my personal life, and even though we have all made statements saying this is a private matter, people will still come because they feel entitled.
“I don't feel I owe anyone anything. I am not the first person to be in this situation. No-one is dead. No-one is abused. Nothing terrible happened. We just decided this is where we want to be. But the public feels they should have a say, to a point where it is sometimes disrespectful."
