The race for who will become the top scorer for the 2019/20 Premier League season is now becoming more interesting with players getting the goals for their clubs.

Last season, the trio of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Aubameyang finished with 22 goals each and they had to share the Golden Boot award at the end of the season.

The three African players are also in the race for this season's Golden Boot award, but they will have to improve their form if they want any hope of claiming the award

Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy is currently leading the 2019/20 Premier League goalscorers chart with 13 goals after 14 games played this term.

His club is also doing well in the Premier League under Jurgen Klopp as they sit second on the log with 32 points.

Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham is occupying second position on the goalscorers' chart with 10 goals, while Arsenal's Aubameyang completes the top three with 10 goals.

Sergio Aguero of Manchester City has 9 goals and he is occupying fourth position, while Sadio Mane and Raheem Sterling have both scored eight goals.
