'Uzalo' actor Sibonile Ngubane allegedly got chopped from the soapie

- Fans of Uzalo were really enjoying the story-line with Khathaza but that will soon come to an end

- According to word on the street, the show has fired the actor who brought to life Khathaza, Sibonile Ngubane

- For now, the reason behind the alleged axing is still a mystery

Uzalo fans will be upset to know that Sibonile Ngubane was fired from the show, meaning his character, Khathaza, won't be seen for much longer.

According to a report by ZAlebs, this comes just as the story-line got really interesting as Khathaza and his sister were making diabolical plans that were ruined when he fell in love.

Briefly.co.za was unable to determine the exact reasons for Ngubane's alleged axing. Apparently, Ngubane's character gets killed, so it's unlikely that he would return.

The actor did not want to discuss the matter, for legal reasons.

"It is illegal for me to discuss the dealings of Uzalo. People should just watch the show and they will see what is going to unfold."

This news comes not long after it came to light that actor Nay Maps is joining .

Uzalo and Skeem Saam is working together on a crossover that will please fans.
