American reality television reality star and Kanye West's wife, Kim Kardashian, somehow became embroiled in South African politics when she tweeted "#JusticeForJulius" on Sunday.
Kardashian was tweeting in her capacity as a newly woke activist for judicial reform.
She was advocating for the release of American prisoner Julius Jones.
The star believes Jones was wrongly convicted.
However, some Mzansi tweeps questioned whether she was tweeting in support of embattled EFF leader Julius Malema.
Responses underneath Kardashian's tweet cleared up the confusion as they made it clear that the fashionista was referring to Jones.
