Fuelled with pain and anguish, media personality, Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa, took to social media earlier today to release a second statement following reports that her husband, DJ Black Coffee (whose real name is Nkosinathi Innocent Maphumulo) had allegedly fathered two children out of wedlock.
Several sources told City Press that the DJ allegedly fathered two children, aged 12 months and 14 months old.
It is believed that the shock revelation allegedly led Enhle to file for a divorce in the Johannesburg High Court in October. She shared a statement in the form of a video post on Instagram on 11 November and a second statement on Tuesday, 3 December.
“I have not gone to the media and will continue on this trend. No comment. I have had to explain the unexplainable to my children which is really unfair. I once again ask for silence in the time. Please. Not for me, but for my children.”
Mzansi celebs, such as Blue Mbombo, Lady Skollie, Tumi Morake shared messages of support to Enhle after her first statement.
The couple tied the knot during a traditional wedding ceremony in 2011 and celebrated their union with a white wedding in 2018. During that time, they had two children together. The DJ also has two children from a previous relationship.
Briefly.co.za also learnt that the couple were allegedly heading for a divorce in July, after City Press reported that the DJ’s rumoured infidelities and meddling family members were the reason for Enhle filed for a divorce.
Earlier today, Briefly.co.za reported that ever since Enhle’s heart-breaking post went public, the public has been gunning Black Coffee.
Briefly.co.za learnt that Black Coffee spoke to City Press to set the record straight and clear his name just a little.
Black Coffee revealed that he had sent Enhle ‘a lengthy email’ back in April where he suggested they separate and work on their marriage that way.
Even though Black Coffee was prepared to pay for everything Enhle and the kids needed, Enhle refused the offer.
The international sensation went on to state that Enhle was not innocent in the whole thing and that she too had her part to play.
