Mandla Mofokeng, popularly known as the Kwaito king, Spikiri, said his vows on Sunday in Johannesburg.
About 20 years’ worth of planning and waiting paid off when Spikiri and his new wife, Rushka, said their I do’s this weekend in an intimate ceremony.
The Ngeke Balunge hit maker recited his vows at Oakfield Farm in Muldersdrift, Gauteng.
Briefly.co.za learned that the Trompies member told the Daily Sun that his wedding day was beautiful.
He said this kind of thing only comes once in a lifetime, if at all, and said the entire weekend was dedicated to them.
Spikiri said he and his new bride were both grateful for the love and support they’ve received.
Spikiri said although he was a little afraid to declare his love for Rushka in front of his family and friends, but asked with God by his side, who will he fear?

The newlyweds are heading to the USA where thet will enjoy their honeymoon. The couple said they’ll spends as much time as possible together in the future too.
When asked to send a word to his fans, Spikiri urged them to take care of their families.
He said a man’s wife is his life, adding that there’s nobody and nothing else like her.
“She is the one who will take care of you.”
He wrote on Instagram: “Yesterday was the happiest day of my life. Proverbs 18:22 says: The man who finds a wife finds a treasure, and he receives favor from the Lord. I feel blessed and highly favoured right now. More than 20 years on and we are still going strong.”
