Tbo Touch returned to the discussion around data prices in South Africa with the #DataMustFall debate but didn't get a warm welcome.
He used to be part of those opposed to the prices offered by providers but went quiet and peeps are convinced it is because he got a deal with one of the big and popular providers.
This prompted social media users to call him a sell-out, especially after he came back to the discussion recently.

A Competition Commission report on data prices found that data prices are too high and not friendly for poor people.
TimesLIVE reports that the commission has ordered the major providers Vodacom and MTN to drop their prices by up to 50% within 2 months.
Tbo Touch did interviews and said he is one of the people who made recommendations about prices, ticking people off.
Briefly.co.za gathered that they accused him of abandoning the fight against data prices and only returned to claim some glory for himself.
