Bonang Matheba is one of South Africa's original 'it' girls of her time but has come so far in her career that she can go beyond that title.

Bonang has dominated the entertainment world as presenter, host, reality TV star and entrepreneur - it's not hard to see why she's so admired.

When a fan recently praised her for being an 'it' girl for more than 10 years, she quickly made a correction.

"15. I’m a Queen now."

No one would argue with her, and her fans would totally agree. They've been calling her Queen B for years now.

Bonang has been rocking this role of fabulous all-rounder for so long that she doesn't even get bothered by criticism anymore.

Recently, Briefly.co.za reported that she got negative vibes during the Decade Challenge but didn't even give it a second thought.

Girl knows her worth!

Even alleged shade by her friend, Somizi, won't keep Bonang from staying focused on her awesome career. She's heading to the United States next year - there's clearly no stopping SA's queen.
