A proud mom has shared how her son saved his pocket money and used it to help others. The young boy bought gifts and goodies for disadvantaged kids.

Ndivhuwo Blessing Mamuhohi Ndou took to the #ImStaying Facebook group to share the heart-warming story. She said that her son has been saving up money since December last year. His plan was to buy himself something for Christmas.

"I asked him if we can use this money to buy something for disadvantaged kids, as much as he couldn't understand the idea am glad he was as happy to do it"

The little boy bought gifts and goodies for kids in the small community of Klein Brakie Mossel Bay. "I should say the smile on their face moved my son as he said "mommy look at how happy they are"

Social media users were impressed by the mommy and her generous son. Facebook user Gillian Paulette Schroeder said:

"What a Super idea! Teaching your child from young to give to others less fortunate and share what little you have. If we can all learn to share in #SouthAfrica we will help in the process of alleviating poverty. God bless you and the little one"
