A car guard was surprised with a trolley full of groceries by BI Phakathi recently. In a video shared on social media, Phakathi first pretended to ask for help with the trolley. He eventually told the unsuspecting guard that the groceries were actually for him.

Phakathi has once again put a smile on someone's face. This time the lucky soul was a car guard named Leon. The man was completely surprised when Phakathi handed over his trolley of groceries. The Good Samaritan went on to add money so that the man could take the supplies home.

The car guard revealed that he was retrenched from his previous job and forced into the life he is living now. He has a B.Com degree.

Social media users were saddened by his situation but thankful to Phakathi for helping him. Facebook user Siwale Juliusicality Julius said:

"This man is God sent"

"I love the way you just randomly choose someone to help! Is is such a blessing to whomever you choose, and you can experience their joy and happiness with them. I prefer your way than giving money to an organisation and you don’t ever know who got a benefit from your donation. Thank you!"
