With Christmas still two weeks away and for the second consecutive holiday season, Mariah Carey’s All I Want for Christmas Is You has hit number one on Billboards’s Streaming Songs Chart.

According to Nielson Music, Carey’s holiday standard accrued 35.1 million weekly US streams in one week, which was its second non-consecutive week at number one on streaming songs, which began in 2013.

Billboard acknowledged that this was the earliest the song has ever reached number one on streaming songs and the first time a holiday track has done so before the season actually started and ended.

The song also spends its second week this season (and 37th week overall) atop the Holiday 100 chart, which tracks the week’s most popular songs.

Carey’s All I Want for Christmas Is You is joined in the new streaming songs’ top 10 by Brenda Lees’s Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree (No. 4 at 32.8 million US streams), Burl Ives A Holly Jolly Christmas (No. 7 at 24.8 millions streams) and Bobby Helms Jingle Bell Rock (No. 9 at 20.7 millions streams).

Carey's children fooled around to prove that their mom is the Queen of Christmas by asking Alex the question. The award-winning singer shared the video with her fans.
