A woman got more than she bargained for when she did her hair recently. The lady shared pictures of the hairstyle that she had wanted and the one she got instead. The unfortunate, but hilarious results had Mzansi social media users entertained.

Twitter user AVendahun bravely shared her unfortunate experience at a hair salon. The lady had wanted a blonde haircut similar to the cut of current Miss Universe, Zozi Tunzi. Unfortunately, the hairdresser must have added peroxide to her hair and left it in burnt patches.

Although many social media users were amused, some gave her advice about what to do. Twitter user LeonMuguta said:

"Ah ah ah, sis no way"

"To lighten black & dark brown hair to be white, a good stylist knows they have to do a 2-Step process. Bleach alone (peroxide & developer) lightens dark hair to yellow. Then they apply a blue or purple product called a toner. It removes the yellow pigment"

"You could’ve achieved this color if you did it yourself. All you would need is blonde dye, purple shampoo and grey dye"
