- Tweeps came for Basetsana Khumalo's neck this week over what many thought was a rude interview she did with newly-crowned Miss Universe, Zozibini Tunzi
- It turns out the entire incident was blown out of proportion
- Ntsiki Mazwai, who instigated the cyber-attack on Khumalo, now refuses to apologise for the misunderstanding
Talk show host Ntsiki Mazwai is never one to shy away from controversy.
This week, the outspoken Mazwai criticised Basetsana Khumalo for an interview she did with Zozibini Tunzi during a presenter search.
She was joined by other tweeps in hurling insults at Khumalo, who was once a Miss South Africa herself.
Khumalo was forced to clarify that the interview clip was actually a competition exercise where she was instructed to be rude to the prospective presenters in order to test their tolerance levels.
Many tweeps have since eaten their words and apologised to Khumalo. They have asked Mazwai to do the same, but Ntsiki is adamant she did nothing wrong.
Wouldn't you love to be a fly on the wall the next time Mazwai and Khumalo cross paths?
