The Mamelodi Sundowns and Maritzburg United are set to face off in the Telkom Knockout final and a special person will be there cheering Judas Moseamedi on.

The Maritzburg striker took to Instagram to reveal his mother is in town with an adorable photo.

"Mommy is in town" - the footballer wrote while accompanying the post with several heart and hug emojis.

According to KickOff, Moseamedi revealed he had flown his mother and uncle down to Durban to watch the final.

The 25-year-old revealed it was his mother and uncle's first time flying and he said the experience made her year special.

Briefly.co.za learned it won't be the first time Mama Moseamedi watches her son play but she usually supports him when the team is in Limpopo.

The Telkom Knockout final will kick off on Saturday at 6pm and fans are looking forward to it. By Wednesday morning, fewer than 4 000 tickets were still available for the highly-anticipated game.
