Over the weekend, Tobeka Madiba Zuma took to social media to post a beautiful snap of herself. Msholozi's wife penned an inspiring post alongside the photo, giving South Africans the "inner peace winning recipe" for 2020.

The beautiful former first lady captioned the post:

"Inner Peace Winning Recipe for 2020: Delete, unfollow, unfriend, block, erase and disconnect from anyone and anything that robs you of your peace, love and happiness.
"Not just on social media, but in real life too. You do not need to be around people who don’t see and appreciate your value. Simple BODMAS principle, if it doesn’t add it subtracts, if it doesn’t multiply it divides."

Mzansi immediately took Tobeka's advice and made it their new mottos.

Portia Maser wrote:

"Wisdom Ma! Looking ever so beautiful by the way."

Another Instagram user, lekwamothibi, commented:

"Mama I salute you and I second you."

Social media user, taumpe8658, said:

"Our mother of the nation - profound words."

Chalo, who goes by the Instagram handle charlo_07, added:

"Amen Ma, good advice indeed."

Tobeka often gives Mzansi a glimpse into her life - which includes uBaba most of the time. Briefly.co.za Msholozi and his lovely wife attended a beautiful wedding two months ago and the former first lady shared photos of the special day online.

Tobeka is always smiling and looking beautiful in the photos she shares, so, if we can take advice from anyone on happiness, it's her!
