Meet 8-year-old who earned $26m in 2019 with social media

An 8-year-old YouTuber has earned $26-million in 2019, making him the highest-paid content creator on the social media platform.

Ryan Guan's channel was launched in 2015 by his parents when the boy was just three years old.

Ryan also topped the list last year and earned $22-million, according to Forbes. His channel "Ryan's World" mostly consisted of "unboxing" videos. These videos show the opening of toys, playing them and then reviewing them.

The videos get millions of views and several have even surpassed a billion views. The channel has changed over the years as Ryan grows. It now includes more educational videos along with the toys.
