Lerato has also exposed her vulnerable side, revealing that her miscarriage in 2015 was not her first but he most painful. She said it happened at a time in her life when she actually wanted children. She had suffered another miscarriage earlier in her life.

The pain and trauma of the event have removed the thought of becoming a mother from her mind, “I have blocked the idea of having children completely because of the pain that I went through when I miscarried. I wouldn’t put that on my worst enemy. It is the most painful thing ever‚ especially when you really want to have children."

Lerato is determined to move ahead and make 2017 her year and has been already done a lot, such as touring the country and attending various award ceremonies.
