A woman has shared the encouraging story of how her friend found love again after losing his wife. She passed away in the infamous Nigerian church collapse and left her husband and little girl behind. The Limpopo man has found love again and recently tied the knot.
Jeannette Kirk Marais shared the story on the #ImStaying Facebook group. She shared beautiful pictures from the wedding and shared her excitement about the event.
"This man, Jeffrey, lost his wife in the Nigerian church collapse. He dedicated every second of his life to his little girl, who was just 2 at the time, in my daycare. But one day he found love again and today we got to celebrate that love, to feel safe enough to trust love again"
The proud friend said it was an honour to see him say his vows on bended knee. South Africans were encouraged by the beautiful post. Facebook user Gillian Cousins said:
