Honest woman searches for owner of lost wallet on social media

A woman took to social media to look for the owner of a wallet she found in public toilets. She posted the bank card and ID and said that there was also money inside. Social media users applauded her honesty.

Twitter user ShellySoReaL shared pictures of the wallet and stranger's identity on her social media page. She said she found the wallet at Shell Ultra City in Midrand.

"I’ve got all her money & belongings, please help me find her."

The post had received over 3 000 retweets on the social media platform along with over 2 000 likes. Many applauded her honesty and even gave her suggestions about what to do with the wallet. Twitter user Pitsogp said:

"Wow God bless you!! You can kindly leave it at Shell or leave your contacts there in case she come looking for it or check if she has Facebook page and inbox her... some ppl tend to use their original names and pictures on Facebook!!"
