Football fans are tough to please at the best of times, especially as head coach at a top club.

Former Orlando Pirates head coach Rhulani Mokwena was reminded of this even though he vacated the hot seat a while ago.

An Orlando Pirates supporter forum praised Mokwena via Twitter recently and he in turn responded with a heartfelt message for the fans:

"The deepest feelings reflect the density of our love ... I'm humbled by the love and support that I receive from the Buccaneers, although I don’t deem myself worthy."

The beautiful message was well received by many fans, but Briefly.co.za noted that it also sparked some irate responses.
