Briefly readers debate who the most inspiring celebs of 2019 are

South African celebs are all very inspiring in their own ways, but some of them stand out above the others.

Their hard work and refusal to give up make them a little more special to their fans and admirers.

When Briefly.co.za asked readers who they think was the most inspiring celeb of 2019, a couple of names stood out as they got repeated by many people.

Cassper Nyovest, DJ Zinhle, Zozibini Tunzi and Sho Madjozi were the big favourites with our readers. DJ Sbu and Bonang Matheba were are also some of the celebs that are looked up to the most.

Qawekazi Lamahlubi Ntlekwa - DJ Zinhle - she launched her own design of watches with American Swiss, together with Kairo (kid's range). She opened and launched her own beautiful elegant furniture store.

Ntokozo Dlodlo - Zozibini Tunzi because wow, she has inspired many young girls out there to embrace themselves and she showed them it is possible no matter what background you come from, she has truly been amazing this year.

Nelly Ndlovu - DJ Zinhle is a marvellous woman who competes with no one AND she has done a lot, I mean she paved the way for female DJs.

Janee Ramatseba - DJ Zinhle. She's hard-working, humble, selfless and passion-driven.

Zitha Sibusiso - Cassper Nyovest is really inspiring artists, "the kids need to believe in themselves", leading by example, making the impossible possible, igniting SA hip-hop, everything he touches turns to gold. Always energetic and happy."

Brightness Dlamini - Zozi Tunzi, Miss Universe. Too inspirational. Locally and internationally.

Letwin Nyakuyedzwa Mapfumo - Sho Majozi and Zozi, they are an inspiration, not only to the young but adults as well, they have shown that nothing is impossible, breaking boundaries.

Sailas M Karuwira - Cassper Nyovest, from humble beginnings, now living the life, big-time.

Boyce Fiyo - DJ Sbu with his groundwork inspiration.

Alphacentuari Sibiya - DJ Sbu has done it for me.

Deezziiee White - Sho Madjozi, I like the way she handles all the shade thrown at her and no matter what they say she secures the bag and settles at no point... Also, the fact that she's not ashamed of who she is and where she comes from.

Ndile Sgegede - Zozibini Tunzi she has shown me that anything is possible, yaz, I'm so inspired by her.

Lebohang Mphahlele - BONANG MATHEBA Because she inspires me and she is a true definition of a woman the work that she does and not allowing anyone to control her thermostat/her life... Kudos to her.

Sandile Ngiba - Zozibini Tunzi and her authenticity.

Keolebogile Lebo Maje - Siya Kolosi for being the first black captain and winning the World Cup.
