Cassper Nyovest is one of the hottest artists in Mzansi and his hustle, creativity, drive and self-belief is something many respect him for.
2019 has not been all lush whips and fire babes for Cassper, however, that has not stopped him from slaying.
Briefly.co.za has had the pleasure of watching Cassper evolve in 2019. The man made money moves no one even thought were possible.
Cassper loves to help and watch others succeed and never for a moment takes his blessings for granted.
Here are just five of Cassper’s big moments that took place in 2019:
The ninth annual #FreshPrinceOfMaftown
This took place on December 21 and is Cassper’s ninth time hosting this year-end event. It’s an event that Cass holds dear to his heart as it is in his home town, Maftown.
This concert gave Cassper many sleepless nights but it was all worth it in the end. #FillUpRoyalBafokeng went off with a bang and Cass was beyond proud and thankful to each and every person who made it possible.
Cassper turned a whole 29-years-old this year and was showered with love from fans, family, friends and fellow celebs.
Platinum status baby
Cass bagged platinum status for not one but two tracks, Move For Me and Remote Control. Both of them come from his album Sweet & Short.
Move For Me had a total of 2.4 million streams and 21 000 units sold. Remote Control boasts 3 million streams and 26 000 units sold.
Nadia Nakai’s debut album
Cassper has been working with Nadia for years and put all his time, wisdom and heart into making her debut album a success. This was a proud moment for Cass, especially when Nadia took the best female rapper of 2019 SAMA award.
