A woman shared pictures and a video of a braai going up in flames recently. A tree caught fire while the family was attempting to start grilling the meat. Mzansi social media users couldn't stop laughing at the chaos.

Twitter user RefilweI shared the pictures along with the caption:

"Please don't laugh at us..."

The pictures received over 5 000 likes and the video has received over 59 000 views. Twitter user Motloduwa jokingly referenced the Biblical Moses' encounter with the burning bush, saying:

“Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground."
