- The KFC wedding is scheduled to take place tomorrow and Mzansi social media users are not handling their lack of invites well
- The famous couple decided to hold a private ceremony at an undisclosed location
- Social media users expressed their disappointment online
Mzansi social media users are up in arms over the vague details of the upcoming 'KFC wedding'. A few weeks ago, social media users helped the fried chicken franchise find a couple who got engaged in one of their stores.
After a beautiful campaign on social media, a wedding was organised and a date was set. Unfortunately, KFC has remained mum on the venue and time and Mzansi folk are demanding answers.
Many South Africans have taken to social media to voice their concerns about not being invited to the 'KFC wedding' which was planned online a few weeks ago. Briefly.co.za previously reported that the KFC couple was gearing up for their Old Year's Eve wedding but Mzansi isn't on the guest list. The ceremony of the year is closed to the public so citizens will be watching the fruits of their labour from home.
The pair had chosen to hold their wedding on the last day of the year after social media had brought massive attention to the moment.

"So KFC decided to keep the venue a secret.. They are not new to this kinda thing anyway. I mean we have been donating R2 to kids I have never seen. #KFCWEDDING"
Why are we not invited? We don’t even want any hospitality, we’ll bring our booze and lunch boxes, we just want a country year-end function. #KFCWEDDING"
"I thought the whole country is invited khanti ... We will see it on the news heh #KFCWEDDING"
"Maybe our invitations got lost in the mail?? #KFCWEDDING"
