If reports are to be believed, then Club Brugge are in the mood to sign another South African forward to their ranks.

The Belgian side have reportedly tabled an initial bid of €1.88 million (R29.6 million) for Thembinkosi Lorch, which was rejected by Orlando Pirates.

The proposed move would see the PSL player of the season link up with his Bafana Bafana teammate Percy Tau.

It's understood that Brugge are keen to offload numerous fringe players in an attempt to decrease the size of the squad.

Senegal forward Mbaye Diagne is said to be returning to Turkish giants Galatasaray and Nigeria international David Okereke has also been linked with a move away from Brugge.

Briefly.co.za predicts a tug-of-war emerging as the Buccaneers look to hold onto their star forward, who has netted 22 goals and racked up 14 assists since joining in 2015.
