A young man was hailed a hero after his good deed went viral. Sifiso Bande took a trip to the Durban CBD in the hope of landing a job recently.
During his journey, he came across a group of homeless and hungry people.
Although Sifiso is unemployed, he was moved to act and help his fellow man.
He decided to make a difference and used the R500 he had at his disposal to create food parcels.
In a touching Facebook post via the #ImStaying group, Sifiso explained that he was able to feed 27 people with his random act of kindness.
He revealed that one grateful man became emotional as the meal would enable him to take his chronic medication and that it had lifted his spirits.
