Amapiano hit-makers, MFR Souls, were involved in a horrific accident

- MFR Souls, the popular Amapiano duo, were in a serious car accident while on their way to a gig

- The group was rushed to the hospital and are recovering at Thelle Mogoerane Hospital

- The accident took place on New Year's Day and fellow muso Prince Kaybee shared news about it on social media

Popular Amapiano duo, MFR Souls, survived a scary car accident on New Year.

Tumelo Nedondwe and Tumelo Mabe and their manager were on their way to a gig when the accident happened.

The band members were taken to the nearest care facility and are now recovering in Thelle Mogoerane Hospital in Vosloorus, according to the Daily Sun.

It's not yet clear what the severity of the men's injuries are.

He also shared the news with his fans on Facebook.

Fans commented and said they're keeping MFR Souls in their prayers.

This isn't the first accident that the musos had been involved in that took place early in the year. In 2016, they also survived a car accident, this one taking place on 30 January.
