- Actress Ayanda Thabethe asked rapper Cassper Nyovest for another hit song like his track Baby Girl
- Cassper noticed the request and decided to not leave Ayanda hanging
- He told her that the song took years to complete but hopes 'the gods' will let him make more similar music
Cassper Nyovest has responded to a request by actress Ayanda Thebethe to make another song as good as Baby Girl.
Baby Girl is a huge hit by Mufasa and a favourite song for many of his fans, including Ayanda.
She asked Cassper to do what he did when he made that song and added crying face emojis to her message for added effect.
Cassper's fans know that he loves to give them what they want, and upon seeing her Ayanda's message, he just had to reply.
The muso revealed that making the beloved song took years to complete but he's up for it, should he get the chance to make another hit like that.
Meanwhile, Cassper is hoping for a prosperous 2020 for all local artists. Briefly.co.za reported earlier that the rapper wants musicians to work together more and put their egos away.
He also said he wants to give fans something to get excited about - maybe another Baby Girl.
After all, Mufasa gave fans just what they wanted when he collabed with Maphorisa recently.
The pair finally dropped Phoyisa, much to the delight of excited fans. It didn't look like Cassper was going to put a verse on the song after some social media users told him not to.
His fans eventually convinced him to do the track and it's a certified banger.
