The Kaizer Chiefs managed to climb even further up to log after beating Cape Town City 3-0 on Sunday.

Leonardo Castro managed to make the first goal, with Samir Nurkovic and Mulomowandau Mathoho adding two more, reports SowetanLIVE.

Speaking after the hard-earned victory, coach Ernst Middendorp commented that:

“It was not a game of excellence but I believe we showed the art of managing the game‚ scoring at the right time and not allowing the opponent to come even close."
