Twitter user named Lerato Elliot took to the social media platform to share his work with the world. He posted two pictures showing himself making vetkoek on the street. Briefly.co.za gathered that the man trades in Tembisa Difateng section. His post went viral with over 13 000 likes.

Social media users shared encouraging words with him and many promised to support his business. Twitter user Twenty7d said:

"I like this, being a chef doesn't mean working in hotels and cooking stuff we can't pronounce. I wish the best for you, I can see you owning one of your own hotels"
