Self-taught carpenter, 25, repairs desks for High School, inspires SA

A self-taught carpenter, Lethiba Election, inspired the country after he repaired 135 desks for a high school.

On Tuesday, a social media user, Reginald Themane, shared the inspiring story of a man who repaired the school desks of a High School.

Themane posted the story on the #ImStaying Facebook page, Briefly.co.za gathered.

The story was also posted on Twitter by social media user, @loggic_sa, who captioned the post:

"Election Lethiba, a 25-year-old self taught carpenter. 13th of January, he repaired 135 desks at Fetakgomo High School."

South Africans were inspired by the 25-year-old's story and they applauded him online.
